Twitter's criteria

There are six criterias in twitter, class notices, networking, research, brainstorming, photo sharing and also fieldtrip. and, I will be describing about two of them, networking and photo sharing.

Networking on twitter means communication. Some have said that Twitter is a cross between blogging and instant messaging. Through Twitter, users can create a spider web of connections with people they know and people they want to know.

There are two parts to networking on Twitter:

1) you need to connect with the people you want to get to know.
2)you need to find a way to establish relationships with the right people and get beyond the scope of Twitter.

*Just like in the offline world, you’ll find people with different styles of communication and different levels of people skills.

I will be sharing a different ways on how to begin networking on twitter.

1) Show others what you want to talk about/ share your thoughts.
2) Get your actions right.
3) Retweet others.
4) Shout Out to others.
5) Link to ‘other’ social conversations.

Limitation and benefits of networking.
This includes the amount of characters you’re allowed in a tweet, the length of your userrname etc. and, the benefits of networking on twitter is that you can always be updated with the global news (any news).

Photo sharing on twitter means posting photos on twitter in which allows you to share photos and other images in real-time with the followers while the others have the ability to retweet. The photos may be posted either by using twitpic or yfrog.

We post photos when we get the chance to post it to get attention from the public. *and, most people did that!

Twitter allows users to upload one image per Tweet. and accepts photos that 3MB or smaller (only with .gif, and, .jpeg type). you can find more information about photo sharing on "http://yfrog.com/" and, "http://twitpic.com/"
