Educational Trip
Yesterday, 18.05.2013 (Thursday) we went for a trip to Royal Regalia and Bubungan Dua Belas and we were asked to take information for the MIB report.

there were 62 students with 2 instructors who joined this trip. It was really an awesome day since we only go for a trip during our secondary years only. Our departments should make more educational trip, i suggest. maybe after exa...

Program structure of Marine Engineering.
Marine Engineering is a versatile engineering program. It encompasses power generation and power distribution, welding and fabrication, instrumentation and control, desalination (converting sea to fresh water), sewage treatment, garbage disposal (incineration), maintenance and operation of large and medium size diesel engines, pumps, compressors, boilers, steam plant etc.
1st year coursework - 1 year
2nd year coursework - 9 months
Industrial attachment - 3 months
Completion of Diploma in Marine Engineering.

SPN 21 ENTRY REQUIREMENT
To gain entry into the Diploma in Marine Engineering Programme, student must fulfill the minimum entry requirements of FOUR (4) GCE 'O'/IGCSE Level credits or higher in the relevant subjects, in which the students must have CREDITS in the TWO (2) following subjects:
1. Physics or Engineering Science or Combined Science (Physic,Chemistry)
AND
2. Mathematics or Additional Mathematics
PLUS
The other Relevant subjects:
English language
English as a Second language
Literature in English
Chemistry
Design & Technology
Geometrical & Mechanical Drawing
Hold any equivalent qualification in related field (NTC3 in Marine Engineering)
PLUS
3. PASS 'Medical Checkup'
